Hello there! I already know what you're thinking this isn't your typical realtor-and you're right! For starters, I work for a tiny brokerage and when I say tiny, it's literally just my broker and myself. So what does that mean for you? No pressure selling ( I don't have a single quota to meet!), flexibility on commissions and fees (I am given full control and flexbility for negotiation on what charges are passed to my sellers and buyers), I also work in title insurance full time which gives me over 5 years of experience in the legal side of real estate (which means extra education and experience in the ENTIRE process of buying and selling a home).

Because of my title insurance background I am involved in the full process of getting to the settlement table. I understand the stress and challenges that buyers and sellers go through when buying or selling a home. Because of this, I am able to navigate every obstacle in order to take the stress off of you.
